Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for any further notices. Our delivery partners are trusted to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
Returns
We offer a return policy within 2 days from the date of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within this period. However, please note that our team will process refund requests within a couple of days of returning the ordered and the delivery charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the packaging intact. Failure in doing so might cause rejection of the refund request. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth exchange process, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. You may exchange the item for another product of equal value or within the same category. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with the exchange process.
